Cleansing in Right Way

Cleansing is one of the easiest ways to treat the skin. Since childhood, you have been bathing regularly using soap. The main reason, why we discuss skin cleansing, because when we go to the store, there are many choices of soap, then, what products should I choose? And should I change my routine in cleaning the skin?

How often to clean the skin?
Cleansing the body removes sweat, dirt, oil, and the things that clog pores and cause acne. However, no single recommendation is suitable for everyone about how often you should clean your skin. Sometimes, too much bathing can cause dry and irritated skin. The frequency that you need to take a bath depends on your lifestyle. Your work, your routine exercise, and where you live, are all factors that affect the frequency of clean the skin. Many people prefer to shower every day – in the morning, right before bedtime or after exercise. It all depends on your needs.

What to use?
Bar soap and liquid soap is the ultimate choice when you are going to clean the skin. Soap contains a strong surfactant – a compound that breaks down the surface of the water, allowing you to get clear skin – and usually more effective than liquid soap to remove the buildup of dirt, sweat, and excess oil on your skin. But a powerful cleaning more acidic, sometimes we do not flush properly, so this can irritate your skin or makes your skin feels dry.

Use a gentle liquid cleanser surfactants and sometimes accompanied by a moisturizer. This is a good option for most people and effectively removes all the dirt that the loudest. If you leave your skin cleanser dry or irritated, try a product designed for sensitive skin. Or check the label to avoid sodium lauryl sulfate, which can irritate your skin. Cleanser with emollients can help add moisture to your skin.

You can lather your hands or use a soft washcloth, bath sponge, or gloves. But remember to clean these items regularly, most washcloths and gloves can be cleaned with regular laundry.

Use warm water. Hot water can attract a protective protein and fat from your skin. Too long a shower is a bad idea, because the natural oils on your body may be lost. Although you want to slough off excess oil and sebum, this substance protects your skin from dryness and irritation from the outside, so do not overdo it. Frequent bathing is not recommended. The skin will feel dry, uncomfortable, and unhealthy, and can cause a rash from time to time.

After bathing, be sure to dry the head to toe. Use a clean towel and dry (moist towels can deliver germ), and pat, do not rub – is more comfortable for the skin.

Cleansing your body is not complicated. Warm or cold water bath with a gentle cleanser keeps your skin clean and healthy day after day.
